Our office colleagues’ experience with Nani Services has been extremely disappointing. Initially, they were very responsive and appeared professional. However, after the payment was made, the service level dropped completely. Our requests and follow-ups were ignored, and there was no proper support or accountability. This came across as highly unprofessional and gave the impression that the agency had no intention of delivering the service they promised. We strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid making any payments upfront. This does not seem like the right agency to trust with childcare responsibilities. Your kids deserve better, and there are far more reliable agencies available.
I have taken nanny service from Jaya mam. She is an exceptional manager and person in general. Very professional yet friendly. Due to some reason the first nanny that i got from here had to leave, I was in a mess at that time but Jaya and her team was extremely proactive and supportive throughout the process of finding a correct replacement for me. I could openly share my small demands too and she rightly coordinated and provided me with the perfect nanny. The best part is how she took responsibility of the whole thing and was with me the entire process till i found new one. Even after that she regularly keeps check and makes sure the nanny is working fine or not I would totally recommend her personally as a person as well as her company Taare Zameen Par.
This agency headed by Ms Jaya is a blessing for parents! From the first call to the final selection, everything was handled with care and transparency. After so many back and fro interview selections of multiple nannies we got one of them . We are still assuming she should stick to work. Our nanny is gentle, patient, and fantastic with our baby. Highly recommended to anyone looking for dependable childcare. Also in case of replacement Jaya is too supportive and agency is prompt on any kind of actions and response . Because of her professionalism you can go ahead and trust this agency for your little ones ☺️
