I have the best experience from this agency, I live in Dubai and got nanny through this agency fully verified maid and the process is really smooth and you can trust on them for the best service. Jaya is one of the most helpful person if their is any issue with the maid she will sort things out and follows up on the satisfaction frequently.
TZP agency was supportive and responsive, but we had an extremely disappointing experience with one of their nannies — Pramila Powar. She was sweet during her initial trial period but began showing a noticeable attitude shift once we brought her to Dubai for work. Despite assigning her solely to nanny duties with proper meals and breaks, she constantly back-answered, exhibited a poor attitude, and created significant stress at home. Within her first few months on trial, due to her negligence, my 9-month-old baby was injured. We gave her a chance, hoping she’d improve as she had promised, and even processed her Employment Visa—which turned out to be my biggest mistake. However, things only worsened after her visa was processed, and ultimately, we decided to absorb the loss of AED 8,500 for her sponsorship to regain our peace of mind. While TZP is a good agency, we strongly advise against hiring Pramila Powar. We paid a heavy price for ignoring our instincts and learned our lesson the hard way.
It's been 2.5 months since I hired a nanny for my 10 month old baby via TZP. I am very happy with Swati the nanny who has been flexible and baby took to her immediately. The TZP process and communication was great, prompt professional and clear. It may seem a bit pricey but I felt peace of mind that there is vetting and accountability, and it was so difficult to find someone good and reliable on my own. Appreciate that I found TZP to help me out
I have connected with TZP 2 Month back through reference of my society member, and would like to share my feedback that TZP is very professional organization for people who are suffering from issues of Maid Nanny etc. I have taken service of nanny for my 6 month baby and I am really very satisfied from their professional help and support.
