“Worst Experience with Aditya Birla Health Insurance – Total Fraud!” I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Aditya Birla Health Insurance. They are nothing but a scam in the name of health insurance. They happily take huge premiums from you every year, but when the time comes to actually support you, they completely fail. I had a genuine health claim, and they flat-out refused to reimburse it without giving any valid reason. Their customer support is a joke – no proper answers, no help, just scripted responses to waste your time. What’s the point of paying such heavy premiums if you get ZERO support when you need it the most? This company is only interested in making money, not in helping customers. Do not trust Aditya Birla Health Insurance. They will take your money and leave you helpless in emergencies. There are many better companies out there – avoid these fraudsters at all costs!
