The website is not supported by the center. Meaning, the website books the appointment but the center denies receiving any appointment. The slot system and everything on the website is meaningless because the website and the appointment booking system of the site is not supported by the center. This was confirmed by calling the center and speaking to some lady on the reception desk. The doctors or the concerned authorities of the center should have cared to update the Google listing and remove the website from their listing, to avoid any inconvenience to everyone.
