She understood all my challenges and requirements and tailored a nutrition plan which best suited me and my schedules. The food groups in the plans provided are easy quick to cook and accessible locally and cost effective. I lost almost 5.5 kg and overall good inches as well. I took her guidance at 3 month postpartum and I am so happy with the results within 3 months of diet plan.
