We discovered YEY Yaya Kids Club while we were in Bombay for shopping. My wife and I had our little one with us and he was getting bored, so we decided to try this place for about 1.5 hours (₹650) and honestly, it was completely worth every rupee. The place is very well equipped and thoughtfully designed for kids. Right from the moment you enter, there’s so much for them to explore, trampoline, slides, climbing wall, crazy cars, a kids’ supermarket, kids’ salon, and even that fun bulldozer game where kids pick up balls like mud and slide down. My child didn’t get bored even for a minute. They also have a big indoor play area, in-house café, and even paid games for extra fun. The space is clean, safe, colourful and very well managed. You can also host birthday parties here which we noticed a lot of parents doing, it’s a perfect setup for that. What I really liked is that it gives parents a break while kids are happily engaged in a proper play environment. For us, it turned a tiring shopping day into a smooth one because our kid came out smiling and exhausted in the best way 😄 If you’re in Bombay with kids, this place is a life-saver. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be coming back. 👍
We visited on a weekday (Wednesday) but were charged the weekend entry price without any prior notice. It was not a government or national holiday. After being charged, I noticed the bill listed a weekend rate, and when I questioned it, I was told it was because of Pongal (which is not a national holiday). There were no signs, notices, or verbal mention before payment that weekend pricing would apply. There are excessive restrictions throughout the facility (what children can do, what they can play with, and even how they’re allowed to play). In the pretend play area, costumes are not allowed to be removed from the spot and are only permitted for photos. My child was asked to remove a costume, yet there is no signage explaining this rule. If the area is for photos only, that should be clearly stated. In the arcade, you only get one play. Several amenities were also not functioning, including the crane game and the rock-climbing area. Other areas were taped up, torn, or visibly run down, making the place feel poorly maintained and potentially unsafe. There are also rules about where adults are allowed, but no clear indication of which areas are restricted. Overall, the staff managed the space in a very stern manner, which is not appropriate for a children’s play area. Between the misleading weekday pricing, excessive and unclear rules, broken attractions, and poor maintenance, the experience was extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a fun outing for my three-year-old turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. At best, the practices feel dishonest.
Visited Yaya Playzone with my 1-year-old and 4-year-old kids, and they had an amazing time. The place is clean, safe, and very well maintained. There are activities suitable for different age groups, so both my kids enjoyed a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall environment is fun and cheerful. Highly recommended for a great kids’ outing!
I enjoyed a lot with my baby girl; it was really a good experience with all the themes, and the staff was really helpful and understanding.
Yaya Playzone offers a fun and safe environment for kids with a variety of engaging activities. It's clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly. Great spot for family outings and kids’ parties.
