Within 3 weeks my Pre and Post sugar count came to half. Dr. Shradha is very soft spoken and understands our concerns and listens patiently. Feeling very positive after my second follow up with her.
Pathetic experience!! I booked through Practo and visited the clinic amidst heavy Mumbai rains with my 70 year old mother. It tuned out doctor wasn’t available that day and she wasn’t taking any appointments too. But they forgot (YES FORGOT!) to update it on practo. The staff wasn’t very supportive either. I requested them to atleast inform other patients who booked through Practo but they didn’t seem to care. I’ve never seen such callous behaviour from doctor and support staff for their patients
