Worst health insurance policy. They will try to talk to nicely to take policy and once to take it. No benefits they won't attend calls, no reply on msgs.. and will be having 1000 of reasons to reject your policy
We have health insurance with this company, and all they offer us is trauma. The Customer Service department is unable to assist us with our simple query. Since one month They are simply taking our details and sending us messages saying that your request has been registered and will be resolved within 7 days. I am not sure whether they know to count 7 days.
They have 1000 reasons to reject your claim,You cant beat their customer service team in arguing, 4Years old policy and 6month old disease still customer team are saying you don’t disclose disease while buying policy!They are here to make money not your insurance!!DONT GO FOR IT!!
One of the Hopeless insurance . There is no response either from customer care or renewal of insurance premium dept . Nor any numbers mentioned on site for the branches in Mumbai are reachable
