Exceptional Care at Life Care Hospital I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Life Care Hospital for the outstanding care and compassion shown to my mother during her recent stay. My mother Annapoorna Ekkaldevi was admitted with critically high sugar levels (over 550) and was requiring close observation. Under the expert care of Dr. Yash Sabarwal and Dr. Maroof Khan, Head of the Department, my mother made a remarkable recovery within just three to four days. What struck me most was the exceptional kindness and dedication of the entire staff, who treated every patient with the same love and care that they would show to their own family members. I extend my sincerest thanks to Dr.Yash Sabarwal, Dr. Maroof Khan, and the entire staff at Life Care Hospital for their tireless efforts and commitment to delivering world-class patient care. Sincerely, Ganesh Ekkaldevi

Gyanamani Ratnam She was taken to hospital in a very critical condition with no hope. Almost it was like she is no more... But really by the grace of God, with the help of Dr. Maroof and all his staffs immediate action was taken to give CPR and other treatments. They were like Angels helping my grandmother to overcome her race of life... Hospitalized for 1 week ( No words to describe the love and care shown towards patient by each and every staff )... With gratitude

"I had a terrible experience with Life Care Hospital when I took my mother there recently. She was very sick, and because the hospital was nearby, I decided to take her there for urgent help. The doctors quickly assessed her and started her treatment, while I went to the billing counter to make the deposit to get things started. As I was handling the paperwork, my mother called me, visibly upset, saying she did not want to stay at this hospital. She felt that the staff had no respect or care for patients. The worst part was the behavior of a nurse in front of Dr. Nishad and another male doctor. The nurse refused to perform an ECG on my mother, saying she wouldn’t touch her because of an infection on her hands. My mother has a known skin allergy, and her hands sometimes show signs of this condition. But this was no reason to deny her basic medical care or treat her as if she had something contagious or unclean. I was shocked and horrified. This nurse, along with the doctors present, showed a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. To treat someone in critical condition with such disregard is completely unacceptable, especially in a hospital where people come hoping for care and support. I made the immediate decision not to admit my mother to this hospital. If this is how they treat patients who just walked in, I can’t imagine how they might treat someone who’s admitted and dependent on them. While I didn’t experience their full treatment or facilities, the terrible attitude, lack of empathy, and poor respect for patients were clear. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Life Care Hospital. If you want real care and support during a difficult time, this is not the place for it."
