Strange to see the finance company do not accept payment through card. Still old fashioned either cheque or cash which is unfortunate. The cash counter is slow. The lady at counter busy most of the time talking over phone & telling others that the system is down whereas other staffs continue working on the same system working for them.
Very much poor services. First the TaT for getting documents is 15 days , after that the document letter received for foreclosure is out of date . Again asked for revised documents. When I went for foreclosure to bkc office and after reaching there , security guard asked me to go to Thane branch . Exit from any facility is painful experience!! There is no facility to foreclosure through online.
TAT provided for List of documents (LOD) is 16 days, and I have been following up with them over emails. On the 16th day I received a call from their customer care that the request for LOD is still not placed by them because approval for LOD is still pending from their end. Once internal approval is given, then they will place the request and then they will count 16 days. This is high level of fooling people. If you give a particular TAT to customer, you should include all your internal approvals in it. TAT should ideally start from the moment email is dropped from customer. LTFS needs to improve on this.
