Visited Harmony Clinic in Vile parle east for my wife, who has been suffering from a persistent cold, cough, and thyroid issue for a while. Learned about this clinic from a mutual friend. We met Dr. Akash at the clinic and found him to be a very polite and patient doctor having deep knowledge of his subject. He listened to our issue with great patience and then accurately identified the core cause of the problem. I was pleasantly astonished to see such an accurate diagnosis. To make things easy the clinic also has an in-house facility where you can take all your examinations under one roof. It was all so swift, simple and efficient because of this facility. The personnel and management are exceedingly courteous and go beyond their call of duty to assist you. Thanks a lot Team Harmony for everything!!
My visit to Harmony Multi-speciality Clinic at Vile Parle for Dr. Krati Jain surpassed my usual expectations and turned out to be one of the best consultations with a doctor ever. Sharing some of the highlights here - 1. Dr. Krati Jain broke the ice at the very first moment with her wonderful smile and greeting. I knew it was going to be an amiable conversation ahead and so it was. 2. While I have met a lot of pediatricians who hardly interact with kids, Dr. Krati Jain struck the right chord with both my 9 year old as well as my 2 year old. 3. While her process of diagnosis was detailed and exhaustive, it was also inclusive i.e. she made us a part of her diagnosis process by explaining why a specific check/test was done and what its outcome would mean. This in turn gave us a lot of clarity about certain bodily behaviours to look out for in children. 3. She detailed the precautionary measures and look-out signs in the most comprehensible way; and this was done verbally as well as on paper for future reference. 4. Important guidelines were repeated for better reception. Believe it or not, repetition actually worked for me. I had absolutely no queries by the end of the consultation. 5. After addressing the main concern, Dr. Krati checked for the possibilities of related illnesses too and advised us against the same. This helped us to rule out the possibility of contracting dreadful diseases like dengue and malaria, thereby helping us to ease our burden. 6. For follow ups too, she had all her channels open i.e. on personal phone call, on appointment, on WhatsApp and through Harmony clinic too. All in all, consultation with Dr. Krati Jain was just something a patient would always want to have; complete in every possible way. Thanks to Harmony Multi-speciality Clinic for getting us together. The visit truly ended harmoniously.
