Feedback for OT Therapy Center – Dr. Charmi & Team When our son turned 2, we began to notice some worrying signs—he had stopped babbling, didn’t make eye contact, wouldn’t sit still, and didn’t respond to his name or follow simple commands. We were concerned and sought professional guidance. On a recommendation, we booked an appointment with Dr. Charmi for an assessment. From the very beginning, Dr. Charmi was incredibly patient and understanding. She spent a lot of time observing our son, asking detailed questions, and truly listening to our concerns. After the assessment, she explained that he shows signs of ADHD, though not very high, and assured us that it was not autism. She recommended starting Occupational Therapy (OT) three times a week. To our surprise, within just the first month, we saw amazing improvements. Our son started babbling again—something he had completely stopped doing. He also began responding to his name, making eye contact, and sitting patiently while playing. He used to be socially anxious and would cry whenever strangers were around, but now he’s much more at ease in social settings and has even started playing with other kids. The entire staff at the center is warm, polite, and very supportive. Dr. Charmi and Dr. Shashank are both incredibly gentle, patient, and loving with the children. Their care, consistency, and dedication have truly helped our son progress and grow in such a short time. We’re so thankful we found this therapy center. It has made a world of difference for our child and our family.

Feedback For OT therapy for my son Ibrahim. When my child was 22 months old suddenly he had very little babbling,no name response,no eye contact,not playing with his siblings and not paying attention.All these signs made me and my husband worried . I went to Dr. Charmi Shah she assessed my son and recommended me to do intensive OT training. She recommended 4 sessions for OT.Amidst all the confusion and chaos our decision of chosing Dr Charmi was spot on. Thankful to Allah Almighty. Within a month of training,my son Ibrahim has started holding eye contact and paying attention,learning so many new words and trying his best to sing nursery rhymes,takes interest in social interaction with all the family members,plays with siblings and started following simple instructions and imitate actions . 5 Star to Dr. Charmi and her team especially Dr. Shashank for their unwavering hardwork and dedication towards my child’s development. Very much thankful to them. P.S: Patience and perseverance is needed much more then what’s usually presumed.
Dr Charmi is professional occupational therapist.. her skills are extraordinary in diagnosis and treating the children with special needs… BE4 clinic has holistic approach towards all the children.
