I recently attended the Art of Living Sudarshan Kriya program and it was truly an incredible experience. The program was well-organized, and the instructors were knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The Sudarshan Kriya technique itself is a powerful breathing practice that promotes relaxation, inner peace, and overall well-being. I noticed a significant improvement in my mental clarity and physical energy after just a few sessions. The program also taught me valuable skills for managing stress and maintaining a positive outlook on life. The Art of Living center itself is a beautiful and peaceful space, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The volunteers were always available to answer any questions and offer support. My life completely transformed by the breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya learned here from Art of living. I used to have a lot of stress from work as well as from my mother in law and sister inlaws taunts.. but slowly with practicing kriya and with gurudev's knowledge points i learned to be in the frequency of positive vibes.. developed a feel good factor always achieved the 'nothing can take aways my smile' mindset.. happy inside out.. As a SAP consultant i have so many challenges at work, 16hrs workshift but inspite of that with addition of 1 hr practice of yoga meditation sudarshan kriya and chanting schedule into my life.. i feel calm, composed and had gained efficiency.. i would definitely recommend everyone to do Sudarshan kriya once by enrolling for happiness program.. 😇
