My experience at Cuddles and Care Pediatric Hospital in Kurla was an absolute travesty, marked by disgraceful medical negligence and incompetence. The treatment provided by Dr. Kavita Gohil, Dr. Salaudin, Dr. Ayaz, and the entire staff was utterly deplorable, a shameful display of substandard care that endangered lives. Dr. Gohil’s handling of critical cases was abysmal, with glaring errors in judgment and a complete failure to address worsening conditions. Dr. Salaudin’s shoddy work was infuriating, delivering half-baked interventions and incoherent explanations that worsened the situation. Dr. Ayaz so-called expertise was a farce, showing zero competence in managing delicate medical needs, with reckless oversights that screamed negligence. The staff’s unprofessionalism was downright disgusting—nurses and attendants fumbled procedures, ignored critical alerts, and mishandled patients with infuriating sloppiness, putting everyone at risk. The equipment was a revolting disgrace, with ancient, malfunctioning junk—creaking monitors and dilapidated machines that were a hazard to treatment. Hygiene was an obscene nightmare—grimy surfaces, reeking corridors, and a cesspool-like environment unfit for any medical facility. Cuddles and Care is a dangerous, incompetent hospital that fails patients catastrophically; avoid it at all costs. If you care for your child life.

Dr. Kavita Gohil at Cuddles is the best support and guide, we have had since our daughter was born in 2015. Dr. Gohil is knowledgeable, genuine, patient and compassionate. Treatment with minimal medications. Our daughter adores her and is happy at every chance to visit her Dr. Aunty. With Dr. Gohil your child is in safe and caring arm.
