We have had the worst experience with this company not once but twice. Please do not buy this policy, unless you have someone who already works for this company. They reject pre-approvals and discharge approvals for very silly and irrelevant reasons. Treatment is of 1 thing and they keep asking for documents for some non-relevant things. They do not find any Doctor's notes to be valid and justified. Customer care is just automated same responses and no RM available for any help. They see to it that the patient is harrassed and still dont care. There is no point in paying hefty premium if you keep on rejecting claims for stupid reasons. DO NOT BUY THIS POLICY EVER!
Never buy any policy from Care, worst company and they give baseless reasons to reject claim and defying their own agreements. Their claim settlement and customer service teams are even worst and they won’t even reply to the email queries and make false allegations.

Absolutely the worst insurance company. Care Health Insurance completely misled me during policy porting with false assurances about coverage. When it came time to use the policy, they conveniently denied the claim citing hidden exclusions. Their customer service is robotic, unresponsive, and avoids accountability. I’ve downloaded their rejection letter and will escalate this to IRDAI and Consumer Court. This company only focuses on selling policies, not helping people. Avoid them at all costs — total lack of ethics and trust.
