Blooma gave me so much comfort and knowledge during my pregnancy and delivery. From amazing prenatal yoga to the birthing class, my brain and body were well prepared for birth. I’m so thankful for all the teachers and the Blooma community. They are so nonjudgmental and open to all ways of navigating pregnancy and birth and there’s no shaming, just information. Can’t wait to return in the coming months for yoga and new mom classes. Would highly recommend!

I recently met with Brittany at Blooma to address concerns about my newborn spitting up during feedings, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, Brittany’s warm and calm demeanor made the appointment feel comfortable and safe—something that’s so important, especially as a first-time mom navigating breastfeeding for the first time. She was incredibly gentle with my baby and took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns. I felt heard, supported, and never rushed. Brittany shared her knowledge in a way that was both informative and reassuring, offering thoughtful options for next steps. What really stood out was her follow-through—she sent a timely email summarizing everything we discussed and even followed up a few days later to check in on how we were doing. That level of care and attention made such a difference. I highly recommend Brittany at Blooma to any new mom looking for compassionate, knowledgeable lactation support.

What a game changer!! My husband and I took the expedited weekend birth class and I cannot say how helpful that was for my birth. I waited to review the class until I had my baby, and my husband and I both feel that Blooma is a MUST have for all expecting parents. If it was not for the tools and skills we gained from this class we would have been pushed into a c-section by the doctors at the hospital. During the class our instructor (Ashlee) went over different concepts. One of the main ones is that very rarely is there a moment where you cannot ask a doctor for a few minutes to process what they are saying and come back with a different suggestion. Blooma gave us the tools, confidence, and knowledge on how to handle these situations. My husband, said the class is well worth it and he views it as a game changer for him. That multiple times during the birth (while I was worried or stressed out, or feeling overwhelmed) he was able to use the skills he learned in the class on how to navigate these situations. I was able to give birth vaginally to a healthy baby girl and I did not need to have a c-section at all, and I thank Blooma for giving us the knowledge and tools on how to handle such a stressful and new situation. We also took their comfort measures class and lactation class, both are wonderful classes and great tools, but if you can only take one class, please take the birth class!

My husband and I took the lactation and newborn class with Kayla. It was amazing! Kayla answered all our questions, even ones that probably sounded ridiculous to her. As first time parents, this class helped ease our anxiousness as we get ready for this journey. I learned so many things I didn’t even know to ask about. Honestly, it gave my husband some great perspective of what my body will be going through postpartum. Would highly recommend this class with Kayla!

Blooma is an amazingly inclusive yoga studio with phenomenal teachers. I have a son with special needs, and they have 2 classes on the weekends where I can attend an adult class, and Stephanie Kimble teaches “kids yoga”. She is wonderful with my little gentleman and all the other kiddos. She’s known for her laugh, and it is indeed infectious! My son always comes out of class with a huge smile on his face; and yes - sometimes he just wants to hug Stephanie a little longer…
