I signed up my daughter for the neo swimming sessions and she loved every bit of it! She was initially scared and got so confident by the end of the sessions that she would eagerly wait for her swim day to come. I truly recommend this for every new parent ❤️
The session was really great. I didn't think my baby would respond so well to someone new in the first session, but she responded very well. She tried really well in the first session and the session was basically a workout and fun to her , and when she came home, she felt great.
I highly recommend these aqua sessions during pregnancy. It focuses on building core strengthening and all the other muscles which are needed for the time of delivery. The sessions are one on one and the instructor, Dr Mittal is very particular and attentive to what your body needs & suggests exercises accordingly. There is a wide range of fun exercises, & props that make the session enjoyable for the mother and the baby. It’s a great way to keep your body active during this time. Great experience! It has really been helping me to lose my postnatal tummy fat and strengthen my core muscles. Has helped with all the aches and pains associated with calcium loss as well! Overall, the doctor and her sessions are nothing short of a miracle.
