Dr Rita Shah’s classes really helped me to prepare better and smarter. There are so many things which helped me plan earlier and also be mentally prepared for. Right from the yoga and informative classes especially about breastfeeding which are not really informed by Gynac or hospital. Since I was prepared I didn’t have that much issue with breastfeeding and also on newborn care. Will def recommend the classes as there are a lot of things which are missed by mothers.
Dr. Rita Shah’s classes have been one of the most important parts of my pregnancy journey. The sessions combine breathing techniques and gentle exercises with invaluable information about childbirth, pre & postnatal care, and newborn care. I constantly referred back to her notes throughout my pregnancy and even now after giving birth. Thanks to her labor class, which husbands attend as well, my husband understood every stage of labor and was able to support me so much better during the birth. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and always open to answering questions. She helps clear doubts and bust myths that can cause unnecessary worry. Her guidance has made my pregnancy experience so much easier, calmer, and more informed. Another wonderful aspect is meeting other moms-to-be in the class, it creates such a supportive and comforting community. I’m so grateful for everything she has taught me and would highly recommend her classes to every expecting mother!
Dr Rita Shah's classes have been a blessing for me and my husband as first time parents. Doctor ensured that even though we joined late, we were able to attend all the classes. The classes have been a great help during pregnancy but much more so in postpartum phase with a newborn to take care of. Her guidance on breast feeding has helped us immensely. I strongly recommend all the expecting mamas to enroll with her as she will not just ensure a smooth pregnancy but also an informed and educated postpartum. The exercises she gave are also very good and I was exercising right till the end. Also would recommend to take your husband for all the classes.
