We recently welcomed our baby girl at cloudnine hospital, Nerul, and our overall experience was truly heartwarming. A special thanks to Dr. Pallavi Erlekar, whose expertise, calm demeanor, and constant support made the entire delivery process smooth and reassuring. The nursing staff also deserve heartfelt appreciation — they were compassionate, attentive, and always ready to help. One minor area for improvement would be staffing levels. Our experience at Cloudnine has been very wonderful and smoother than we expected. All the staff and doctors have been super helpful. Only issue we noticed is that there is no way to directly call the canteen for ordering food, we have to do it through the nurse or other staff. This maybe fixed in future, considering the hospital is newly opened.
We are very grateful to the entire team at Cloudnine Nerul. We went here for an emergency unplanned delivery and our baby was an extreme preterm and stayed in the NICU for 65 days. The facility is modern and very comfortable and the entire staff has been very caring , more like a family during this period. Dr Sanita Mishra is very skilled and ensures her patients are we taken care of and goes out of the way to help calm any anxiety . A special mention for neonatologist Dr. Suresh Birajdar whose role in ensuring our baby comes home healthy is invaluable. He is very clear in his communication and has ample patience for worked up parents. One can trust his knowledge and skills without thinking twice.
