"I totally regret coming here. My grandma just had a cough, so I brought her in for a quick check-up, but I'm starting to doubt the doctor. They've done an X-ray and blood tests, which is whatever, but now they're asking for a CT scan and ultrasound! We got admitted at 7 AM, it's only 12:15 PM, and they've already billed me 10,000! Just for a normal patient! Imagine how much they would rip off someone seriously sick. Everything is normal in the reports, I can show them to anyone who doesn't believe how unnecessary this is."
Although it's advertising of having CT Scan facility and much more but they haven't. They refer their patients to Basna for CT scans. They charge too much for the treatment. Medicines are also very costly. The same medicine is available in cheaper rate in the market with different names but they sell without any discount and also the doctor will keep writing medicine just for the experimental purpose over the patients. Even they don't Tell the family of patients what is going on inside the ICU or what is the actual condition of the patient after 3-4 days of treatment. This is the unique hospital where You will not get bill of the medicine at the time of discharge for future reference. No bar code is available for upi payments anywhere, it seems they are hiding a lot. They are just caring about the money and not the life of patients. You will be disappointed with the behavior of the staff as well. They will not let you feed the patients in time. They will delay deliberately to draw money from your pocket even after repeatedly asking for discharge. Very inhuman type of marketing strategy this hospital is having. So think ten times before going here.
