If you are someone who is scared of dieting or thinks it’s too hard, she is the perfect person for you. Her plans are easy, flexible, and personalized, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle without the stress or guilt. Minal is one of the sweetest and most supportive people I’ve ever met. When I joined her three months program, I had a lot of conditions on food and many things I didn’t like, but she made everything simple and easy to follow. Her approach is not about strict diets but about small, realistic changes in your daily routine. Thanks to her guidance and motivation, I lost 3 kgs in three months. Even if I slipped up, she would never judge and would always say that’s okay, we’ll do better next time, which really kept me going.

Honestly really best experience with Minal Gada, I lost 13.5 kgs in her 3 month programme she's so supportive and motivating. Also a very good thing that I really loved about it was the plan were so easy and home friendly no crash dieting and stuff and easily adaptive in the lifestyle I seen good changes in my lifestyle as well plus I am suffering with pcod which is now eventually getting better with the help of her plans. And literally one of my family member followed her plan(ofc with different proportions) they were able to loose certain weight as well.
